Great place. Went for dinner with the family and had an awesome time. They have an indoor and outdoor playground for kids and a nice selection on there menu. I had the curry for $19 and everyone loved the fried bread it came with. My partner had the stuffed chicken breast and even though he doesn't like to share we all tried a bit and it was also so good. Free kids meals Friday, Saturday and Sunday with mail meals.

Went to the bistro few months back, thought we would try something new as a mother regular for the kids and us to have lunch, drink and a play mix it up. But the whole bistro was closed for a private event. Quiet disappointed to turn up hungry ready to eat and have to skull our drinks and go to our regular we knew would look after us and not close their whole bistro for a private event. (We checked social media page even before arriving that morning to plan our day but the closed bistro wasn’t put on social media until late morning) Giving 2 stars for the court yard area, play area for kids could see the potential of it being a nice place to have a meal with the family while kids had a place to play that wasn’t just chocolate machines so on, didn’t get to experience the food though, and felt the service was poor based upon this experience and lack of communication regarding closures 24 hrs on social media’s would have been better service.

Booked a 1 night stay here with my 7 year old so we could be close to my 11 year old who was on her Grade 5 camp. The receptionist on was lovely and was able to grant me early check in at a last minute request. However I was sorely disappointed by the below quality standard of the rooms cleanliness. The bathroom looked like it hadn't seen a cloth, there were skid marks in the toilet bowl, there is mould in the grout and on the ceiling that looked like it was falling apart, the vanity and faucet did not look like it had been cleaned, also dust and cob Web build up in the corners. Then on to the room itself where there was dust build up on the TV, and dust and cob webs in corners and on the ceiling. The windows and blinds were dusty and dirty. Then there was a major ant problem, and other creepy critters- a massive cockroach, moths and the odd spider. The duty manager came down to deal with the ant problem and went to town with a can of Rid on them. Leaving myself and my 7 year old all but choking on insect spray fumes. Left me with the can of spray and a cloth should I need to deal with pests some more. I ordered room service for dinner and the meals were below average also. I was hoping to speak to someone about my feedback when I went to hand my key back just before 10am but was surprised to find reception entrance locked. I wonder if this is done on purpose to prevent facing the wrath of upset guests. Definitely needs MAJOR improvements in many areas. Sadly won't ever return.

We ordered meals through Uber eats. The chicken shcnitty was inedible, I'm not even sure it was chicken. It was very pink, tough and chewy, after 2 bites I gave up trying to eat it, on the chance I ended up with food born illness.The carbonara was $26 and was an entree size dish. Unable to gain a refund for the inedible meal. Will never eat from here again and would not recommend
